1. The terms and conditions listed on the KUDICASH mobile application (the "App"), along with this privacy statement (the "Policy"), apply to your use of the App and any services offered by our company ( "we," or "us") via our App.
2. This Policy outlines the legal basis on which we will process any personal information you give us or that we get from you. The Policy also outlines your rights in relation to how we collect, use, store, share, and safeguard your personal data.

By selecting the "Sign Up" button below and using the App or any of the Services (described below) on the App, you certify that you have read, comprehended, and agree to the terms of this Policy as set out below. Additionally, you hereby give your explicit approval for the purposes described in this Policy and the Terms and Conditions to collect, use, store, process, and disclose your personal information.
4. We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any moment and will post the updated conditions on the App. Whenever a change is made, it immediately takes effect the day after it is posted on the app. Any significant or significant modification to this Notice will also be communicated to you by one of the following methods: updating this website, sending push notifications, emails, letters, or phone calls; updating this website; making announcements on our website.

A. Personal information
Phone status
It is needed to collect to verify the status of customers for judging if the customer is suitable for the loan products.
Contact List
We will download the list of your contacts from your phone(including contact names and phone numbers) and transfer the data to https://api.kudicashapp.com. This operation will be used for the risk management and anti-fraud inspection. While using the app, it will transfer the data of contact lists of your phone regularly. KUDICASH will never share your data to the third party without your permission. We can only collect your data after we get your permission.
Data Storage:The customer needs to give access to submit photos and other information when applying the phone for storing the information of app. And please be assured we will not use your data information for other purpose. We respect the data privacy of the customer.
Location:the location is needed for deducing the financial risk and help the customer to find the suitable app for the customer.
Access camera
KUDICASH Requires camera and storage permissions to give you better service. When you upload your personal selfie photo, KUDICASH requests camera and storage permissions. After your authorization, we will read your photo data(photo size, size, and other information about photo), and encrypt the data transmission through the HTTPS protocol, and save it on our database.
Permission for Installed Apps:
If the customers want to install the apps, they need to permit query-all-packages. When the customer agree, the information of the app can be collected, for example app name, app version and other app information. Through the application of apps, the evaluation will be done. Data will be uploaded to "https://api.kudicashapp.com"
SMS Info Permission
The app need the customer’s permission of uploading and transferring the SMS data for evaluating the credit status of customers. This step is to see if the customer is suitable for the loan apps. The customer contact information needed to be collected to https://api.kudicashapp.com for the risk evaluation .
B. Cookies and tracking
(i) To separate you from other App users, we may employ cookies other mobile tracking technology. This aids us in enhancing your App usage experience.
(ii) While your browser may allow you to reject our cookies, please be aware that doing so may make it difficult for you to access some of our Services.
(iii) It should be noted that:

• Using the phone numbers you have supplied, we may call you as permitted by our Terms and Conditions. (By giving us your phone number or email address, you consent to our sending texts to that number or emails to that address. We only do this in accordance with all applicable laws and rules. You won't get any messages or emails from us if you deactivate your account);
• offering you other services that you requested, as stated when we obtained the information.
(ii) For as long as the information is combined, we may link any category of information to any other category of information and consider the combined information as personal information in accordance with this Policy.
D. Disclosure of your information
(i) In order to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, to enforce our policies, or to otherwise protect the rights, property, or safety of third parties, we may be required to disclose personal information. These particulars will be disclosed in compliance with the relevant laws and rules.
(ii) We reserve the right to share your personal information with any member of our group (which includes our subsidiaries, affiliates, holding company, and its subsidiaries) in order to facilitate the provision of joint content and services (such as customer support), to assist in the detection and prevention of potentially illegal acts and policy violations, and to inform choices regarding their websites, applications, tools, and communications. M. Cross-border data transfer

We will only transfer personal data outside of Nigeria under one of the following circumstances when the destination nation is not on the White List of Countries:

• The transfer is required to carry out a contract we have with you or to carry out pre-contractual steps that we have taken at your request;

• The transfer is required for one or more public interest factors.
• The transfer is done in order to establish, assert, or defend legal claims.
• If you are physically or legally unable to give consent, the transfer is required to protect your vital interests or those of another person.
We will seek approval for the transfer from NITDA and the Office of the Honourable Attorney General of the Federation if none of the conditions outlined in Section M of this Policy are met and the destination country is not on the White List (HAGF).
To ensure that the Personal Data is communicated in a safe and secure manner, we shall take all required precautions. On request, we will give you further information about the security measures taken to protect your information when it is sent outside of Nigeria.
When none of the requirements listed in Section M of this Policy are satisfied and the destination nation is not on the White List, we will seek clearance for the transfer from NITDA and the Office of the Honourable Attorney General of the Federation (HAGF).
